Registration
Registrations for EACN seminars must be made in writing (via mail, fax or e-mail). Participants will be notified in writing; personal data will be stored electronically by EACN for course administration only. Schedule and programme are subject to change. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received, therefore early registration is advised. If we receive more applications than there are seats available, we may offer additional dates. By registering, participants accept EACN's Terms & Conditions.
Individual courses / Online Seminar Training
For individual training, a special agreement is required. Individual courses may include company-specific requirements and thematic priorities. If interested, please complete our seminar/workshop form. You can also enrole in our online seminar training
Cancellation
The EACN must receive the cancellation of a registration in writing and no later than 14 days prior to the seminar. If the cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the seminar, we charge a cancellation fee of 50 €; for a cancellation within 14 days prior to the seminar, we charge a cancellation fee of 20 €. Any costs that have already been paid, may be transferred to a replacement. EACN reserves the right to cancel a training course for organisational reasons. In this case, fees paid will be refunded; any further claims are excluded.
Cancellations on behalf of the event organiser
Events may be cancelled or postponed by the event organiser without giving any reason. Participants will be notified of these changes in writing via e-mail. If a seminar is cancelled, fees will be fully refunded within 14 days from the date of cancellation, or may be credited for future seminars. There is, however, no further entitlement to a refund of any cancellation fees for travel and subsistence, etc.
Fees and services
The prices of EACN's current educational overview apply; other than that, only written offers are binding. Rates are per person. The fees are, if not agreed otherwise, to be paid without deductions prior to the seminar. Fees include the following services: Teaching of the course syllabus in accordance with the educational overview, the presentation of accompanying learning materials and a certificate of attendance.
Note: Participants who are working in medical care, are eligible to get credits points from the Registry of professional nurses in Berlin to which we are affiliated. Talk to us about this issue.
Liability
EuroAfricaMedia Network assumes no liability for damage caused by theft, loss of property or accidents.

Jurisdiction and other matters
The number of participants per seminar is limited, reservations must be made in due time. The place of jurisdiction is agreed to be the respective headquarters of EuroAfricaMedia Network.
