§1 EurAfricaCentral Network  EMAFA Clients and Volunteers For African Projects
EuroAfricaCentral Network has no direct influence on the institutions, hospitals, clinics, embassies, the authorities or universities etc in Africa or in European countries, on their decisions regarding acceptance of applications, visas and work conditions i. e. EuroAfricaCentral Network is not responsible for your activities. The EAC´s function is only limited to acting as a helper, supervisor and agent to help you secure a volunteer placement in African country, gain admission in German hospitals or get needed medical assistance.You are solely responsible for your actions and we are not liable to any damages or actions consciously or unconsciously caused by you in the course of your stay in the host country. All insurances and travel costs must be covered by the volunteer applicant or the patient including all escorts. Insurances must be covered by German insurance firms. We cannot guarantee the success of your volunteer application nor can we guarantee the securing of your visa/residence permits in the respective countries in question. We will do our best through our representatives in African countries to assist  your humanitarian volunteer venture . Our promise is that we will do all that is necessary to influence a positive decision on your behalf.

§2 Acceptance and cancellation of contract
EuroAfricaCentral Network accepts orders and registrations according to the conditions published on this website and in particular only to the eacn prices. EuroAfricaCentral Network is entitled to cancel any orders or registrations based on misprints and on account of errors made on this website. Acceptance of membership by EuroAfricaCentral Network is fulfilled when we receive your payment through PayPal or other EAC approved payment methods. Please contact us if you have problems on how to send your payment and you will be provided with alternative banking information.

§3 Shipping /Contact Method
The approval of your registration Login details to enable you access and use our reserved-for-members contents and data, will be sent to the e-mail address provided by PayPal or to any other e-mail address arranged with you, within 48 hours respectively 2 business days after your payment has been received.

§4 Limitations:
EuroAfricaCentral Network has no direct influence on the institutions, hospitals, clinics, embassies, the German authorities decisions regarding acceptance of applications i. e. EuroAfricaCentral Network cannot guarantee the success of your application for visa or residence permit application. Our promise is that we will do that is necessary to influence a positive decision on your behalf.

§5 Changes/Amendments
From time to time, EuroAfricaCentral Network may make changes to these Terms and users are obliged to read our terms and abide by them. EuroAfricaCentral Network.com reserves the right to change or modify current Terms without prior notice.

§5 Support
Within two business days after we have received your payment we will create a user account for you, which will give you access to the support services on EuroAfricaCentral Network. Since support is not included in the registration fee and takes place voluntarily a claim for access to the support services cannot be raised. The maintainers of this website furthermore reserve the right to exclude any user from access to the forums or services upon violation of our rules.

§6 Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction
Place of fulfillment for delivery and payment is Hamburg/Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg/Germany.
§9 Return and exchange. EuroAfricaCentral Network offers non-material goods (online downloads and postal packets), which, once delivered, cannot be returned due to their nature. Refunds for registration made to EuroAfricaCentral Network cannot be given.

§7 Severability
In the event of invalidity of any provision of these terms and conditions, the validity of the remaining portions shall not be affected.

§8 Our rights:
We reserve the right to change our prices with notice. We reserve the right to discontinue service to advertisers who breach their payment terms. We reserve the right to change our service(s) with notice/information, published under our terms and policy conditions. These changes include changes to our procedures and structure of the site. We reserve the right to remove/edit any postings and submissions which violate these rules or editorial reasons. Including the follow-up rules of other EAC component pages.
