A preliminary investigation will be carried out on the first day of your treatment when you will be examined in detail. The existing conditions will be checked and this will be cross-checked with the info you provided in your earlier enquiry form sent to us. The concerned medical doctor will discuss your therapy, operation, diagnosis etc and the duration of your treatment in full detail with you. . Our physician will be very pleased if you can bring with you the results of any tests already carried out by your doctor in your country. After the detailed medical examination has been completed, our physician will decide with you, on the next step to take. Any necessary investigations which need to be carried out, or which have not yet been done, can naturally be done in Germany. If the Therapy or operation as agreed will go on as planned, you must complete the remaining 40% treatment cost either in cash or by credit card. Should the physician have reasons not to proceed with the operation we will give you a detailed report about the reason. We will also refund your initial deposit less the cost of the preliminary investigation and any additional services used. Please furnish us with details of your bank account to enable us transfer any surplus amount back to your account.
