11 - Your departure and final bills:

By departure, you will receive a final medical report of the treatment and services provided by us. You will be given a detailed report about the treatment received and any advice or instructions for continuing aftercare treatment by your own doctor. The situation might demand that changes had to be made to the original quoted sum as a result of observations made during the preliminary investigation or that you may need to stay longer than first anticipated. Alternatively, it might turn out that you cannot proceed with the treatment as planned. In this case, we will refund the difference between your payments and the actual services provided. For the later, we will need your bank account details in order to transfer the refund to you.
