By departure, you will receive a final medical report of the treatment and services provided by us. You will be given a detailed report about the treatment received and any advice or instructions for continuing aftercare treatment by your own doctor. The situation might demand that changes had to be made to the original quoted sum as a result of observations made during the preliminary investigation or that you may need to stay longer than first anticipated. Alternatively, it might turn out that you cannot proceed with the treatment as planned. In this case, we will refund the difference between your payments and the actual services provided. For the later, we will need your bank account details in order to transfer the refund to you.

Before your departure draws near we will ensure that all necessary papers are put together for your convenience. This will include clarity on modes of settling after-payments e.g. telephone bills or forgotten bills from other sources. We will also clarify with you how reimbursements will be credited to you after your departure. Pre-departure arrangements also include how your drugs will be sent to you if you cannot get this at your home country

The duration of the aftercare treatment will depend on your physical health and type of operation. You will not stay more days necessary for you condition. In the case of a more complicated operation a few more days for aftercare may be needed. The doctor will advise you of the aftercare duration during the preliminary investigation.
